The dramatic moves within this holy week depict such contrasting images of worship and war, hosannas and heckling, joy and jeers. Despite the adoring crowds, by week’s end Christ would be all alone… on the cross… even forsaken by the Father… yet fulfilling His destiny in saving the world – the same world that abandoned Him. Jesus loves. Jesus is adored. Jesus weeps. Jesus dies. Jesus obeys.
