For your information, we expect each student to conform to these rules of conduct:
No possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco
No students can drive
No fighting, weapons, fireworks, lighters, or explosives
No public displays of affection (unless you have a wedding ring to back it up)
Respect the purpose of the retreat
Respect one another, staff, and adult leaders
Respect and comply with event schedules
Do LOVE one another as brothers and sisters in Christ
Students who fail to comply with these expectations may be sent home at their parents’ expense.
I, the student, have read the rules of conduct, submitted accurate information of my insurance and health, and have permission to participate in youth group activities. I agree to abide by the stated personal limitations and code of conduct.
I, the parent/guardian, have read the rules of conduct, submitted accurate information of my insurance and health, and have given permission for my student to participate in the activities of this Winter Retreat. I agree that if my student does not abide by the stated personal limitations and code of conduct, I will come pick him or pay for his/her way home.
